Mammoth Creek Condominiums consists of sixty units privately owned as residences and vacation homes. Built 1975 through 1977 in two phases, the complex boasts units with single bedrooms, single bedrooms with a loft, two bedrooms, and two bedrooms with a loft. All units are surrounded by ample parking, footpaths that guide one through the beautifully-landscaped common areas, and breathtaking views of the Sherwins and Mammoth Mountain.
In 1992, the complex underwent an extensive remodel whose design was inspired by Yosemite’s Ahwahnee Lodge. Updates continued in 2010 when all units upgraded to new EPA-approved fireplaces and chimney chases.
For recreation, there is a pool and sunning area, two spas, and tennis courts. A laundry room is also available to clean up after full days on the slopes, lakes, or trails.
To provide security, maintenance, and owner assistance, a full-time manager lives on the premises.
