This serves as notification that the HOA Board of Directors will hold an Executive Session on Sunday, March 16th, at 4 PM, via Zoom, to discuss contracts. As an Executive Session, this meeting is not open to the homeowners.

The next meeting of the HOA Board of Directors will be held this coming Sunday, November 17th at 5 PM Pacific Time. Meeting agenda and dial-in information can be accessed here.

There will be an Emergency Executive Session meeting of the Board this Saturday, October 5, at 5 PM, to discuss potential lawsuit involving the HOA. As an Executive Session, this meeting will not be open to the homeownership. Any information required to be provided will be done via meeting notes or during the next general board meeting, currently scheduled for November 17th (agenda forthcoming).

The regular HOA Board of Directors meeting that accompanies the annual homeowner meeting and is normally held in the afternoon will be held this year in the morning, since no new Directors need to be voted in. The agenda for this meeting is available here.
