Mammoth Lakes Short Term Rental Ban Extended Through May 31

Unfortunately short term rentals have been suspended in the town of Mammoth Lakes through May 31. At least this is primarily shoulder season when rentals tend to be pretty modest. We are attaching the document (from the Mono County Health Dept.) that contains all the specifics. While this may seem a bit draconian, this link provides some explanation of the rationale for this decision, as some other mountain resort towns are paying the price for being less strict. Let’s hope for some better news soon.
