We have a couple of fall maintenance items that will require entry into the units. On October 5-7 chimney cleaning, which is done every other year, will be done. No information is available regarding which units will be done on which days. Fire extinguisher inspections will occur on October 13. If you have renters on those days, please let them know.

Just a quick reminder about the September 19 meeting. By now you
should have received a notice in the mail, including financials for the 2020 fiscal year that ended last March 31. With this year’s video conferencing format, you will need to RSVP before the date of the meeting.

The nomination period for the two open board positions closed on July 17. Two positions were open, and only the two incumbents up for reelection, Ken Gilbert and Ed Klotz, submitted nominations. No election is necessary. Look for more information on the annual meeting, scheduled for Saturday Saptember 19, soon.
