The Annual Homeowners Meeting and Picnic will be held Saturday, September 16th at the complex.

The sign in and potluck will begin at noon, and the annual meeting at 1 pm.

In addition, there will be a complex walk and meeting of the board beginning at 10 a.m., and a meeting of the board following the annual meeting, at 3 pm, to welcome new board members and assign board roles for the year.

Homeowners:

Reminder that all condo chimneys will be swept during the week of August 21st, and this requires access to the unit. It is not possible to pre-schedule a specific time for your unit, as all units will be entered and the team will move through each building in an orderly and consistent manner. No units will be skipped.

Please be sure any renters, family, or management companies who will be in your unit during that week are aware that this activity will be taking place between August 21-25.
